2000 Toyota Tundra Will Not Start

I already replace the starter it didnt work.

2000 toyota tundra will not start. 2000 Tundra AC SR5 47 V8 4WD 32000ish miles. I have a new battery in my 2000 tundra but it still just clicks instead of starting once every now and then. My 2000 tundrasr5 47l 4x4 wont start.
