2001 Toyota Tundra 4x4 Front Wheel Scraping Noise

Differential noise I have a 2001 Toyota Tundra Limited TRD with 162000 miles.

Everytime i reverse straight back it kind of sounds like i am running over a metal grate and when i turn and reverse thats when i get the pop and kind of grinding and wobbling on the steering wheelthis only happens when i reverse not in drive.
