2002 Toyota Tundra Turns Over But Wont Start

Now it wont start.

2002 toyota tundra turns over but wont start. But when I try and spen it the other way it locks up. Didnt see any problems from that. I sprayed starter fluid in the air intake and got the engine to turn over.

It sounds like it wants to start. But it still does the same thing. I hooked the battery up to another running car just in case it wasnt getting enough juice didnt matter.
