2006 Toyota Tundra Ticking Noise

2006 toyota tundra ticking noise. I have a 2006 Toyota Tundra limited 47l I bought it a few months ago since I didnt know how well the previus owner maintained I have been doing all types of maintenance to it it has 220000 miles. If you have the window down at lower speeds it sounds more like a flapping sound to me. There is a load noise coming from the back side of the motor that sounds like a Vacuum cleaner motor electric motor.
I have listened to other 47s and they are quiet. Abnormal Noise from Toyotas Rear Differential. I have no heard the noise in a while as it is warm here now but after searching through Youtube I found a Tundra.
Here are some common signs that a serpentine belt is bad. 4x4 with 145k miles has developed a loud ticking sound any time its running. I happens when I astart the vehicle.
The serpentine belt can cause the water pump to go bad if its been improperly installed or if theres too much tension on it. My husband calls it a fluttering sound. Has anyone experienced a tick coming from the engine.
It didnt do it by revving the engineat idle or by power braking. The vehicle was inspected by an independent mechanic where it discovered that the front lower ball joints had started to wear. Also the noise is sporadic and will only happen randomly.
