2011 Toyota Tundra 5.7 Timing Chain Replacement

Trying to figure out what happened.

2011 toyota tundra 5.7 timing chain replacement. Toyota dealership said my timing chain was stretched and I need a new timing chain to the tune of 6700 parts and labor. There are 4 tensioners there the one that Ive always seen fail is the primary chain tensioner on the driver side. Canyon Country CA 91386.

8 EACH - 11193-70010 SPARK PLUG GASKETS. Venza All Venzas manufactured from 2009 to the present day have a chain so dont stress about the belt. Number 1 misfire and fuel cutout.
